Brous Stable LLC and Wachtel Stable

Nils Brous is theowner of Brous Stable. He was raised in
Woodmere, N.Y. near Belmont Park and his father owned a couple of
horses that ran there. "I went with him to the stables at 5 o'clock
in the morning and always loved it," he said. "I always wanted to
own horses and now that I have more time, I can be more
involved."

Brous first became an owner in Jan. 2005 when he purchased a
share of Attila's Storm, who went on to become a graded stakes
winner and two-time Breeders' Cup starter for his new connections.
In 2005 Attila's Storm was fourth in the Breeders' Cup Sprint and
fifth in 2006. Winner of the Toboggan Handicap (G3) in 2007,
Attila's Storm also was second in the G1 Alfred G. Vanderbilt and
the listed Paumonok Handicap.

Adam Wachtel, one of his partners in Attila's Storm and the
group's managing partner, got Brous into the game after the two met
while trying to buy a company from Joe Sweedler, who also owned a
share of Attila's Storm. Brous and Wachtel have become fast friends
and now own 15 horses together.

Adam Wachtel is the owner of Wachtel Stable. As the son of
prominent New York owner Ed Wachtel who came into the business in
1973, Adam literally grew up at the racetrack. "I've been going to
the races since I was 10 years old," he said. "Even though I went
to law school, I don't practice. I've always loved this, and it is
all I've ever wanted to do. I bought my first horse, Ms. Stalwart,
when I was in college and we still have her. She was one of our
best broodmares.". Ms. Stalwart produced six winners from six
starters, including graded stakes winner Stalwart Member.

Wachtel has approximately 30 horses in training with Chris
Englehart, Bill Mott and Dale Romans. An avid supporter of the New
York State breeding program, he stands One Nice Cat, who was the
Empire State's leading freshman sire in winners and earnings in
2009. One Nice Cat stands at Sugar Maple Farm in Poughquag,
N.Y.
