Haulin Ice began her career as a 3-year-old and won her maiden race in her second lifetime start on Feb. 24, 2024, at Oaklawn Park. She went on to win a total of five times during her 2024 campaign including a win in the Azalea Stakes on July 13 at Gulfstream Park.

As good as Haulin Ice was as a 3-year-old, she was even better during her 4-year-old campaign in 2025. After a pair of early season small stakes wins at Oaklawn Park to begin the year, Haulin Ice became a graded stakes winner for the first time with her victory in the Grade 3 Vagrancy Stakes on May 4 at Belmont at the Big A. She then followed-up that win with yet another victory in her next start in the Musical Romance Handicap on June 22 at Gulfstream Park.
Haulin Ice scored her biggest win to date on Sept. 20 when she took the Grade 3 $200,000 Princess Rooney Stakes going seven furlongs on the dirt at Gulfstream Park. Haulin Ice's speed proven to be too much for her six rivals in the Princess Rooney as the grabbed the early lead and went all the way, drawing off to a 4 3/4-length score on the wire with Edgard Zayas aboard for trainer Saffie Joseph Jr. The Princess Rooney was a Breeders' Cup Challenge Series "Win and You're In" qualifying race, and with her victory, Haulin Ice earned a fees-paid berth into the Breeders' Cup Gilly and Mare Sprint.
