Charlene's Dream

Charlene's Dream enjoyed a fast start to her career as a 2-year-old in Northern California with three wins in her first four lifetime outings at Golden Gate Fields including two wins on the all-weather main track and one turf win going one mile in the $75,000 Pike Place Dancer Stakes on Oct. 28, 2023. Charlene's Dream then had just three starts in her 3-year-old year and won another stakes race at a mile on the turf that season at Indiana Downs.

Charlene's Dream earned her first career Graded stakes tally in her first start of her 4-year-old campaign in the Grade 3 $150,000 Gallorette Stakes at 1 1/16 miles on the grass at Pimlico on May 17, 2025, when she grabbed an easy solo lead and was able to go wire-to-wire for a 3 3/4-length victory.

Charlene's Dream once again found success at the graded stakes level on the grass in the summer of 2025 when she went wire-to-wire to win the Grade 2 $500,000 Beverly D. Stakes going 1 3/16 miles on the grass at Colonial Downs on Aug. 9. Charlene's Dream set a pressured pace throughout atop a six-horse field in the Beverly D. with Be Your Best in hot pursuit as the lead pair ran off eight lengths ahead of the rest of the field. Be Your Best could not handle the pace, but Charlene's Dream kept on rolling to the finish to win by 1 1/2 lengths over the closing Spanish Eyes under jockey Javier Castellano.
