One of the most anticipated events for horse racing fans and bettors is right around the corner, as the countdown is on for the Breeders’ Cup World Championships set for Friday, Nov. 3, and Saturday, Nov. 4, at Santa Anita Park. The Breeders’ Cup celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, and the 14-race program has attracted an absolutely stellar group of Thoroughbred racehorses from around the world to compete for $31 million in purses.

NBC Sports will broadcast 12 of the 14 Breeders’ Cup races on live television and stream all of them live on Peacock. On Future Stars Friday, the five World Championship races will air on USA Network during a broadcast from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

Coverage of Championship Saturday begins on USA Network from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET and then shifts to NBC from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET, with the Longines Breeders’ Cup Classic at 6:40 p.m. ET serving as the final race of the telecast.

The remaining two races on the Breeders’ Cup Saturday card – the Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint and the Qatar Racing Breeders’ Cup Sprint – will be livestreamed on Peacock.

NBC Sports’ team for Breeders’ Cup 2023 includes host Ahmed Fareed, analysts Randy Moss and Hall of Fame jockey Jerry Bailey, reporters Britney Eurton, Donna Brothers, Kenny Rice, and Nick Luck, handicappers Eddie Olczyk and Matt Bernier, insights analyst Steve Kornacki, and racecaller Larry Collmus.

In addition to NBC Sports’ coverage, FanDuel TV will broadcast 13 of the 14 Breeders’ Cup races live, the exception being the Longines Classic. FanDuel TV will also show the Rood & Riddle Breeders’ Cup Post Position Draw live on Monday, Oct. 30 starting at 7:30 p.m. ET. The draw will also be livestreamed on BreedersCup.com and Breeders’ Cup social media channels, as will each World Championships race.

FanDuel TV’s daily coverage of Breeders’ Cup week has already started with its popular “Breakfast at the Breeders’ Cup” program covering workouts and race previews, airing daily from Oct. 27 to Thursday, Nov. 2 at 10 a.m. ET. This morning show is also livestreamed on BreedersCup.com and social media channels.

In addition to the comprehensive Breeders’ Cup coverage, FanDuel TV will show live racing from tracks including Churchill Downs, Gulfstream Park, and Woodbine as part of its daily schedule.

The official Aqueduct fall meet begins in New York on Thursday, Nov. 2, and action from the Queens, N.Y., track will air on NYRA’s “America’s Day at the Races” from Thursday through Sunday, Nov. 5, on FS2 and FS1 – check the below schedule for air times.

FS2 will also broadcast the prestigious Melbourne Cup from Flemington Racecourse in Australia during a show airing Monday, Nov. 6, from 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET.

Horse racing from tracks around the world is available to subscribers on Racetrack Television Network (RTN), which can be livestreamed on all devices (computer, tablet and smartphone) and on TV via DISH Network, Amazon Fire and Roku.
