Are you thinking about buying an Off-track Thoroughbred (OTTB) but concerned after learning about various racetrack injuries? While hearing about many of the injuries can be scary, most won’t restrict your mount from helping you achieve your goals.

Film producer Jasper Grey recently dived deep into the exciting world of horse racing when visiting Santa Anita Park, and America’s Best Racing was on hand for the experience. Learn more about Grey in this fun Q&A:

There’s no missing Darwin Vizcaya. Whether it’s his giant ear-to-ear grin — which he’s seemingly always flashing at the track — or his physically imposing size (he’s 6 feet 4 inches tall), it’s hard not to notice the New York-based race caller and analyst originally from Aragua, Venezuela.

Aside from his physical features, Vizcaya has also caught the attention among many in the racing world for his work ethic and smooth presence on the TV screen covering racing in Spanish over the past few years.

My name is Brit Vegas. I’m a professional horse trainer based out of Nebraska, and I own Royal Fox Stables. My primary focus is restarting off-the-track Thoroughbreds for sport-horse careers.

My husband and I also own a veterinary sports medicine practice called Pro Performance Veterinary Service. I found my heart and soul in my 2018 Retired Racehorse Project entry, Slew the Zodiac. He is currently running preliminary with ability to continue to climb up the eventing ladder.

The Breeders' Cup, one of Thoroughbred racing's most prestigious international events, today announced that tickets to the 2020 Breeders' Cup World Championships at Keeneland on Nov. 6 and 7 are now on sale to the general public.
