No Parole, a Louisiana-bred Violence colt owned by Maggi Moss and Greg Tramontin and trained by Tom Amoss, won his first two career starts by open lengths when sprinting at Fair Grounds, and then romped by 6 ½ lengths in a one-mile stakes at Delta Downs.
After competing against statebreds in his first three starts, No Parole was tested against open company in the March 14 Rebel Stakes at Oaklawn Park. While No Parole led at every call in his prior wins, he could not secure the front in the Rebel, and faded to last of eight in a race won by Nadal.

The colt shook off that poor effort with a comeback win in a six-furlong allowance optional claiming race at Oaklawn Park on April 24, and then jumped back again into graded stakes company when his connections shipped him to Belmont Park for the Grade 1, seven-furlong Woody Stephens Stakes Presented by Claiborne Farm on June 20.
With Luis Saez in the irons, No Parole immediately seized the lead from his inside post position, took pressure through the turn, and then found another gear in early stretch to post a 3 ¾-length win.
Maggi Moss bought No Parole for $75,000 at the 2018 Keeneland September yearling auction. He is out of the stakes-winning Bluegrass Cat mare Plus One.
