After winning his career debut by a length on Jan. 11, 2014 at Gulfstream Park, Constitution rolled to a 3 1/4-length romp on the Fountain of Youth Stakes undercard on Feb. 22.
The talented 3-year-old colt punched his ticket to the Kentucky Derby with a hard-fought win over Wildcat Red in the Florida Derby on March 29 at Gulfstream Park, but he was sidelined with an injury that forced him to miss the Triple Crown.

Constitution is the first starter from graded stakes-placed winner Baffled, by Distorted Humor. Baffled is a half-sister to Grade 1-winning sprinter Emcee.
