Bring the Smoke won his maiden in his second lifetime start as a 4-year-old with an 18 1/4-length runaway win going six furlongs on a sloppy track at Laurel on Feb. 21, 2026. He followed that up with a six-furlong runner-up allowance effort at Keeneland on April 12.

Bring the Smoke was entered against stakes company for the first time in his fourth career start in the Grade 3 $150,000 Maryland Sprint Stakes going six furlongs at Laurel on May 16 and was victorious over a seven-horse field by a neck for his first stakes victory.
