Jose Pinchin has been training Thoroughbreds for 45 years, starting in his native Jamaica. Pinchin and his wife Tracy moved to South Florida 16 years ago, where his top horses have included Florida-breds It's High Time, Saffronista, Holywell and Three Rules, who was named 2016 Florida-bred Horse of the Year and is on the 2017 Kentucky Derby trail.
