The Longines Kentucky Oaks will be the marquee race on Friday, May 5, at Churchill Downs. The 1 1/8-mile race has emerged as arguably the most important North American race restricted to 3-year-old fillies and has been won since the turn of the century by superstars such as Ashado, Rags to Riches and Rachel Alexandra.
NBC Sports Network will provide television coverage of the 2017 Kentucky Oaks from noon to 6:12 p.m. ET on May 5.
