Jungle Racing, the racing operation of sports personality Jim Rome that raced two-time Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint winner Mizdirection, owned champion Shared Belief in partnership with KMN Racing, Hall of Fame trainer Jerry Hollendorfer, George Todaro, Alex Solis II and Jason Litt.

Rome is one of the most respected voices in the world of sports broadcasting and leading opinion-makers of his generation. Best known for his aggressive, informed, rapid-fire dialogue, Rome has established himself as the top choice of athletes and fans when it is time to know what is going on beyond the scoreboard. 

Kevin and Kim Nish founded KMN Racing in 2011. Located in Northern California, KMN Racing primarily races in California and has enjoyed early success teaming with Solis/Litt Bloodstock.

In addition to being part-owners of Shared Belief and Mizdirection, KMN Racing won the Blue Norther Stakes on Jan. 1 at Santa Anita with Lutine Belle, a victory that holds special meaning as it was Hall of Fame rider Alex Solis’s 5,000th career win as well as KMN Racing’s first stakes victory with a horse the couple owned in its entirety. KMN Racing earned its second stakes win in the Marshua Stakes on Jan. 29 at Laurel Park with a filly named Lindisfarne.

Hollendorfer ranks third all-time among trainers by career victories and ranks seventh by all-time purse earnings. He was inducted into the Racing Hall of Fame in 2011.

Todaro is a longtime racing partner with Hollendorfer. He raced 2010 Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile winner Dakota Phone in partnership with Hollendorfer and two other owners and also raced in partnership standouts such as Hystericalady, Lady of Fifty, Bwana Bull, Sam's Sister among many graded stakes winners.

Solis II and Litt have enjoyed tremendous success as bloodstock agents with Mizdirection and Shared Belief among many success stories. Solis is the son of Hall of Fame jockey Alex Solis.
