DESCRIPTION:First run in 1975, the Sword Dancer Invitational Stakes is a 1 1/2-mile race on the turf at Saratoga Race Course for horses 3 years old and older. Majesty's Prince, El Senor, With Anticipation, Grand Couturier, and Telling have all won it twice. Other winners of the race include John Henry, Theatrical, Awad, Point of Entry, Big Blue Kitten and Main Sequence. The race is a Breeders' Cup Challenge "Win and You're In" qualifier for the Longines Turf.
