This Saturday, March 2, the focus of the North American racing world will be squarely set on Gulfstream Park, which offers a stakes-packed racecard highlighted by the $400,000, Grade 2 Xpressbet.com Fountain of Youth Stakes. The Fountain of Youth is Gulfstream’s penultimate prep for the May 4 Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve, and will be followed by the $1 million, Grade 1 Xpressbet.com Florida Derby on March 30 to close out Gulfstream’s Championship Meet.
The Fountain of Youth anchors a three-hour broadcast of "Fox Sports Saturday At The Races" presented by America's Best Racing, Runhappy and Claiborne Farm. Hosted by Greg Wolf, the live show on FS2 will include commentary, handicapping and racing analysis from a combination of FOX Sports, NYRA and The Stronach Group personalities, including recently added analyst and Hall of Fame jockey Gary Stevens.
Saturday’s broadcast from 3 to 6 p.m. ET will also include other graded stakes from Gulfstream such as the Davona Dale Stakes for 3-year-old fillies, the Mac Diarmida Stakes for turf horses, and the Gulfstream Park Sprint Stakes.
