Saturday, May 26, featured guest: Restaurateur and avid horse racing fan Danny Meyer. Meyer opened his first restaurant in 1985, Union Square Café in Manhattan. He grew that initial success into Union Hospitality Group, known for other New York restaurants such as Gramercy Tavern and The Modern and, more recently, the formation of the modern-day “roadside” burger chain Shake Shack.
