The Far Hills Race Meeting is one of fall’s biggest parties, and if you’re planning to head to New Jersey’s elite steeplechase, we have 10 things you need to know before you go!

For the first time ever, betting will be allowed at Fair Hill. The wagering system is the same as non-jump races, and you can learn all about how to bet on Fair Hill right here.

2. Buy your tickets online and save big time!

If you want to experience Far Hills, you can save half the price of walk-up admission just by buying online! Visit the event’s site to purchase your pass to a great afternoon of fun.

3. Tailgating is a thing – a big thing!

Even if you’re not setting up a tailgate, you should plan on exploring the area to see the sumptuous setups.

4. No car? No problem.

Far Hills is really easy to attend – and you don’t have to drive! You can take a New Jersey Transit train right to the event, and Far Hills also has a deal with Lyft to ensure that everyone has a safe ride to and from the races – enter the code RACE2018 to take advantage!
