Seek and Destroy was unplaced in her first two starts, the first an off-the-turf sprint at Saratoga in August 2018 and the second in a 1 1/16-mile turf race four weeks later. On Oct. 8, 2018, Seek and Destroy led from start to finish to win another off-the-turf race at Belmont Park going 1 1/16 miles. She capped her 2-year-old season with a front-running win in the off-the-turf Chelsey Flower Stakes at Belmont Park.

In her 3-year-old bow, Seek and Destroy finally got back on the grass and delivered a knockout performance to win the Grade 3 Soaring Softly Stakes on May 18, 2019 at Belmont Park. After finishing third in the Wild Applause Stakes on June 8 at Belmont, she shipped north to Canada and won the Grade 3 Ontario Colleen Stakes by three lengths at Woodbine.
Search and Destroy is a three-quarter-sibling to multiple graded stakes winner Tammy the Torpedo.
