Pure Sensation

Pure Sensation earned his first career stakes win in the Quick Call Stakes in 2014 at Saratoga Race Course. In 2015, he won the Grade 3 Turf Monster Handicap at Parx Racing before finishing eighth in that year's Breeders' Cup Sprint.

In 2016, Pure Sensation rolled into the Breeders' Cup on a three-race winning streak that included victories in the Grade 3 Jaipur Invitational Stakes and the Grade 3 Parx Dash Stakes. He ran well in defeat in the Turf Sprint, finishing well for third in a 14-horse field.

After back-to-back unplaced finishes to begin his 2017 season, Pure Sensation got back on track in the $200,000 Parx Dash Stakes, surging well clear in the stretch to post a repeat victory in the Grade 3 race. The 6-year-old then tired after contesting the pace in the listed Troy Stakes at Saratoga, finishing sixth, but rebounded to post a half-length win over Mongolian Saturday in the Grade 3 Turf Monster Stakes on Sept. 4, his second win in that Parx Racing event.

Pure Sensation continued his fine career into 2018 at age 7, placing twice in graded stakes before returning to Parx Racing for a third start in the Turf Monster Stakes. He scored his third win in that five furlong sprint, edging Vision Perfect by a neck.

Pure Sensation kicked off his 8-year-old campaign with an allowance win at Gulfstream park in April 2019 and followed with a victory in the Pennsylvania Governor's Cup Stakes at Penn National in June. On July 6, he overwhelmed a group of outclassed opponents to post his third victory in the Grade 3 Parx Dash Stakes. 

After a third-place finish in the Grade 3 Troy Stakes at Saratoga, Pure Sensation returned to his favorite course at Parx Racing on Labor Day, Sept. 2, and lived up to his name and then some with a fourth consecutive win in the Turf Monster Stakes, romping by three lengths under Paco Lopez.
