After a debut victory in May 2018 at Laurel Park, Our Braintrust rallied from off the pace to win the Tremont Stakes at Belmont Park in June. He followed with a runner-up finish on Dec. 8 in the Maryland Juvenile Futurity back at Laurel Park in his final start as a 2-year-old.

Our Braintrust opened his 3-year-old season with a second in the Jerome Stakes at Aqueduct on New Year’s Day 2019 to earn his first points (4) on the Road to the 2019 Kentucky Derby Presented by Woodford Reserve. In his next start, he added two more points when third by a neck in the Grade 3 Withers Stakes on Feb. 2.
Our Braintrust hails from a family that has produced Canadian champion and sire Hasten to Add and Grade 1 winner See How She Runs.
