Have At It improved upon a runner-up finish in his second career start with a victory in his third race, surging clear to a 3 ¾-length victory in October 2017 at Keeneland.
The Kitten’s Joy colt did not race again until June 2018, when he faded to ninth in an allowance race at Belmont Park. Have At It rebounded nicely in his second start at three, winning a July allowance race at Belmont Park by three-parts of a length. He then ran sixth in the Grade 2 National Museum of Racing Hall of Fame Stakes in his stakes debut.

After a much-improved effort when second in the Better Talk Now Stakes in August at Saratoga, Have At It scored a breakthrough victory in October in the Grade 2 Hill Prince Stakes at Belmont Park, closing from off the pace to prevail.
Have At It is out of the multiple graded stakes-winning Not For Love mare Akronism. Have At It’s half-sister Akron Moon is the dam (mother) of Grade 1 winner Bellafina and multiple Grade 3-placed stakes winner Diamond King.
