After posting consecutive victories by a combined margin of 25 lengths, Embellish the Lace made the jump to stakes competition for the 2015 Mother Goose. Prominent early in the Grade 1 Mother Goose, Embellish the Lace faded badly in the significant class test.
Embellish the Lace rebounded in a big way in the Grade 1 Alabama Stakes later that summer and led from start to finish en route to a breakthrough victory.
