Boisterous won multiple graded stakes in 2011 and 2012 and has placed in some of the top turf races in the U.S., including the 2011 Man o' War Stakes (G1) and 2012 Woodford Reserve Manhattan Handicap (G1).
In 2013 Boisterous finally got the Grade 1 he had been working so hard to win, running to victory in the Man o' War Stakes for trainer Shug McGaughey and Phipps Stable. Boisterous was sold as a racing or stallion prospect in Nov. 2013.
