A claimer at the end of last year, Belle Gallantey has stepped up her game in 2014 as a 5-year-old. After three straight allowance victories, she tried stakes company in the Ogden Phipps, where she finished fifth. But the mare stepped up in the Delaware Handicap where she beat multiple Grade 1 winner Princess of Sylmar by 2 3/4 lengths.
