Anodin (IRE)

A homebred for Wertheimer and Frere, Anodin may be best known as three-time Breeders' Cup Mile winner Goldikova's little brother.

The colt, trained by Freddy Head, has held his own on the racecourse however, only finishing off the board five times in 13 starts as of Oct. 5, 2014. He won the Group 3 Prix Paul de Moussac as a 3-year-old and has placed in four Group 1 events during his career. One of those placings came to super gelding Cirrus Des Aigles in May where he was only 1 1/2 lengths behind that horse to finish second. He held his own a month later when he finished third in the Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot, a prestigious race in Europe.

While Goldikova is Anodin's most famous sibling, his half-sister Galikovsa was also a Group 1 winner and two of his other half-siblings also had stakes success with two others placing in stakes races aas well.
