It's that time folks! Only four days until the Kentucky Derby!

Even better, don't forget Ladies’ Day that is only three days away ... the Kentucky Oaks!

If you haven't already gotten your winning outfit together, don't panic! We have put together a few different outfits to give you the inspiration to head to your closet (or the store, which is sooo much more fun) and pick out that perfect outfit.

If you missed our Triple Crown Trends article we will give you an introduction to the major trends coming up this weekend. As you already know, the Kentucky Derby is a Southern-style raceday. Mint Juleps, singing “My Old Kentucky Home” and, of course, big hats!

When you are putting your outfit together for the weekend, leave the black at home.

These two days are all about color, feminine patterns, soft accessories ... and, of course, a fabulous hat! Also, don't think you have to get that big-brimmed piece that so many people wear. You just want a hat that has you looking fabulous and that you want to wear ALL DAY!

Remember, with the first race being around 10:30 a.m., and the last after 6:00 p.m., it’s a long day of hats and heels and you want to be comfortable in your whole outfit.

Starting with the Oaks, it may be cliché but wear pink! Or at least incorporate it into your outfit. You can color block with pink and another bright color, red, yellow, blue, etc. Or find a fabulous pink pattern to bring out your girlish charm and show the Southern Belle in you.

Pink shoes are always so much fun, but sometimes hard to find! Leave the wedges at home for this day; we are looking for more dainty heels for the Femme day.

Not a pink person? No worries! Just pick out a feminine print or go for yellow or bright blue! You'll have enough pink around you to even it out. ;)

Leave the big-brimmed head piece at home for this race since there will be a sea of them the day after. Pick out a more couture, smaller piece to compliment your gorgeous-groomed hairstyle. Again, pinks, silk flowers, and anything that pulls that Southern Belle out in you is perfect.

Now, heading into Kentucky derby day you want to bring in the same trends as Oaks ... just with less pink! Again, leave the black dress at home and instead add black accents if you can't leave this comfort color completely alone — think colorful prints, great color combinations, A-line dresses, and a gorgeous hat to top it all off.

Fun accessories to add would be a pair of gloves (lace or silk, or leather if below 80 degrees), a statement necklace, a great clutch with the option of a shoulder bag, and bold shoes.

Feel free to have fun with your make-up without going too overboard. A red lip or two-toned eye shadow will tie into your outfit and show that you made the extra effort to do so.

Make sure you have comfortable shoes for the long day, and feel free to roll up a pair of ballet flats for the long walk to the car following raceday. Bring band aids and heel pads just in case! If you don't use them, there always will be another girl that would be so grateful to do so!

With only four days left...if you haven't found your perfect hat and you see one on our website (http://fashionattheraces.com/store/all-headwear/)...email us at info@fashionattheraces.com! We may be able to make it happen!!

Happy Fashionable Racing Everyone! XO
