Debuting in late February of his 3-year-old year, Social Inclusion won his debut by 7 1/2 lengths going six furlongs at Gulfstream. But his attention-getting victory came in his second start when he beat the highly regarded Honor Code by 10 lengths in a track-record-setting time for 1 1/16 miles.

In his stakes debut Social Inclusion finished third in the Grade 1 Wood Memorial and backed that up credibly with a third place finish in the Preakness Stakes. Social Inclusion finished third in the Grade 2 Woody Stephens on the Belmont Stakes undercard.

Social Inclusion is from Pioneerof the Nile's first crop and was bought for $60,000 at the 2012 Keeneland September Yearling Sale. His dam is Saint Bernadette, who was a Grade 2-placed mare and a granddaughter of multiple stakes winner Classy Tricks.
